Haha! Attack of the red paint! It terrifies me! The most horrific thing I've ever seen! Vastra's house looks fairly modern. Not Victorian in any way. Why does that man faint? I know it'd probably be a shock, but that veil can easily be seen through. I bloody hate Vastra, Strax and Jenny. How are they fan favourites? They're crap! I hope they'll be better in series 8. Nah. No chance. Have I said that I love those titles?
Strax isn't funny. As much as they try to make him funny, it'll never happen. Shame the Candyman wasn't in it. Diana Rigg was fantastic. She and her daughter were the only 2 good things about it really. No. There is a few more.
When that bloke faints the second time, I really do begin to worry that he'll carry on fainting throughout the whole story. Thank god that didn't happen! Matt's gurning was irritating. But I love that costume of his. Fantastic. The greeny tweedy frock coat really suited the story, and was definitely a positive. But when he kisses her... What the fuck? Seriously? What a bellend?!
Nice nod to the Davison era when he said that he spent a long time getting an Australian to Heathrow Airport. For any of you who don't know, that Australian was Tegan, who was one of the last companions of the 4th Doctor's era and one of the main companions of the 5th. Having something like that is quite nice in a piece of dog shite like this.
I loved Matt's attempt at a Yorkshire accent though. That made me giggle. The Thomas Thomas joke was lame. I would even say it was plain appalling. It's great that Strax comes in and starts killing everyone though. That's what a Sontaran does best!
When Mr Sweet pops out and appears to be sucking the top of Diana's tit and it just turns around, it was just hilarious! Utter bollocks, but hilarious! When Clara smashes the chair into that machine, it was the only thing she actually did to contribute towards the actual story!
That last faint was shit, as was those kids' acting. Overall, I thought it was crap. That's all I have to say. Utter bollocks. Tomorrow, I shall review Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS.
